PURPOSE. Avve understands that privacy is important to our users and Website visitors. This Privacy Policy describes what types of information we collect when you use the Platform or visit our Website, how we use the information we collect, and when we share that information with third parties.

CONSENT TO AVVE TERMS. If you use the Platform or the Website, you must comply with our Terms of Use, Terms of Payment and this Privacy Policy (“Avve Terms”). If you do not agree to the Avve Terms, you may not use the Platform or the Website.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION BY AVVE. We collect the following information when you use the Website or the Platform. A. Personal Information. We will collect and store Personal Information about you when you sign up to use the Platform. We may collect and store Personal Information about you when you use the Website. We may also collect Personal Information which you provide directly to us, for instance when you subscribe to communications, send us a comment or question, respond to a survey, or enter a contest, sweepstakes or other promotional program.

Personal Information is information about you which third parties could use to identify, locate or contact you, including either alone or when used in combination, such as your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, driver’s license number, and date of birth (“Personal Information”).

bank account numbers to receive or make payments, and any other related Personal Information, such as your name, address, email address and other identifying information requested by credit card companies, your bank and/or Stripe to complete a transaction.

We do not collect your Financial Information when you perform a transaction using the Platform. You should only provide your Financial Information to the Payment Processor when you buy or sell products using the Platform. DO NOT PROVIDE AVVE OR ANY BUYER OR SELLER YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION.

We Collect Certain Aggregate Data. We collect some information that does not personally identify you and is not readily available for that purpose, including information relating to your use of the Platform (“Aggregate Data”). HOW DO AVVE AND ITS THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS USE YOUR FINANCIAL INFORMATION?

When you provide Financial Information to one of the authorized payment processors, you are providing such Financial Information directly to Avve’s third-party service providers who provide those payment processing services and not to AVVE. Avve does not have access to the Financial Information you provide to a payment processor.

Avve’s third-party service providers providing payment processing services through the Website may use your Financial Information as set forth in the Terms of Use and to: (a) complete any transactions you make through the Website; (b) charge you for any fee you owe to Avve; (c) resolve any disputes relating to transactions you make through the Website; or (d) protect against or identify possible fraudulent transactions.

SHARING YOUR INFORMATION.

We limit the parties with which we share your Personal Information. We may share your information, including Personal Information, with the following parties.

Employees and Affiliates. Our employees and affiliates who have a need to know the information in order to perform their job duties and responsibilities.

To Our Users We share data with users as necessary to support the Platform.

Third-Party Service Providers. Our third-party service providers that host and manage the Website or that provide services through the Website. By buying or selling products through the Platform, you expressly consent to Avve facilitating the exchange of certain information between yourself and the applicable buyer/seller in order to complete a transaction. If you buy a product using the Platform, we will share your name and shipping information with the Seller of the product.

By submitting a copyright infringement notice, counter-notice or other similar notification through the Website or to Avve, you consent to have that communication forwarded to any person or entity to whom the notice or counter- notice is relating in order to facilitate a prompt resolution of the copyright infringement claim. Copyright infringement notices and/or counter-notices from you will be treated in accordance with our DMCA Policy found at: _______ (“DMCA Policy”).

Change in Ownership. In the event Avve is the subject of a change of control transaction, such as a merger, acquisition, sale of all or substantially all of our assets or equity or in the event the Website changes ownership, in whole or in part, or a bankruptcy, receivership or similar transaction, we may provide your Personal Information to the subsequent owner(s).

Other. OWNERSHIP Avve is the sole and exclusive owner of any Non-Personal Information received by Avve or its third-party service providers through cookies, web beacons or any other similar methods.

SECURITY. We make commercially reasonable efforts to protect your Personal Information. We protect your Personal Information using physical, technical and administrative security measures to reduce the risks of loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration.
